If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please call our customer services team on 01227 714930 or email email@example.com stating your company/customer name and order number so that we can assist you.
If you would like to return an item then our no-fault returns policy is as follows:
- Items may be returned up to 14 days after the date of delivery and remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at Robins warehouse: Unit 6A, Thomas Way, Lakesview Business Park, Hersden, Canterbury, Kent, CT3 4JZ.
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, in full quantities (we cannot except returns of partial pack items) and in original packaging and the return delivery cost* is the responsibility of the customer.
- In order to be eligible for a refund you must notify us either via firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01227 714930 stating your company/customer name and which item(s) are being returned. Any original paperwork that came with your order should be returned with the items.
- As standard, refunds do not include delivery costs.
*If you are on our local delivery route we can collect your item when making other deliveries in the area.
