How To Order

Although this process may vary slightly according to the type and quantity of bags you order, it will generally follow the same pattern for printed products.

For unprinted products, please use our online shop to buy plain paper and polythene carriers.


Printed products

1. Request a quotation

First you will need to obtain a quote for the product you require. We need to know the type of bag you want, and the size, quantity and print specification. The simplest way to give us this information is to submit our estimate request form.

We will be happy to quote for a couple of different quantities then you can decide which will be the best option for you.

If you are unsure what type of bag you require, please telephone our sales team. They will be pleased to run through the options with you.


2. Ask for samples 

Once you have received a quotation, we recommend you ask for a sample of the product you have chosen. This ensures that the product will suit your needs. 


3. Place your order 

When you have the quote and the sample you will be ready to place your order. We will need your full invoice address and delivery address (if different) and we will also need the artwork you would like on the bags. If you do not have any artwork and only require text, let us know the wording and the font you prefer. If you want bespoke artwork, we can do that for you.

We may ask for a deposit to be paid at this point. 


4. Approve the proofs 

After receiving your order and any artwork you are supplying, we will provide a proof for you to sign off. We cannot proceed with the printing until we have your written approval. 


5. Arrange payment and delivery 

Once you have approved the proofs the bags will go into production.

You will be contacted to arrange payment and delivery when the goods are nearing completion.
